Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a discrete manufacturing environment, preferably involving CNC machining, assembly, inspection, or material flow.
• Experience leading hourly production employees, team leads, technicians, or operators in a multi‑shift environment.
• Strong understanding of safety expectations, quality discipline, standard work, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend machining and assembly teams to execute the approved production schedule safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an active shop-floor presence, coaching operators and ensuring accountability.
• Ensure labor readiness, machine staffing, and tooling before and during each weekend shift.
• Monitor shift performance, including schedule attainment, output, and safety metrics.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, and weekday supervisors to prioritize and release weekend work.
