Positronic Industries, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Weekend Shift Assembly Shift Supervisor (Finance) to lead the assembly team on weekends, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety procedures are followed.

You will coordinate scheduling, monitor workflow, analyze labor data, and coach staff to improve performance while upholding company standards. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-demand environment with exposure to manufacturing processes and regulatory

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 3 years in manufacturing or assembly, incl. 2 years in lead/supervisory role.
Reading/interpretation: Read work instructions, blueprints or assembly drawings, and production schedules.
Computer: Basic skills in email, Microsoft Excel and Word; able to use ERP/MRP systems.
Safety: Knowledge of workplace safety practices and enforcing safety rules.

Responsibilities

Lead team members and track quality and production goals.
Coordinate scheduling and monitor workflow efficiency.
Analyze labor and production data for improvements.
Inspect finished products and adjust operations accordingly.
Coach, train, and evaluate team performance.
Uphold Positronic's standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence.
Identify hazards and report them to management/safety coordinator.
Collaborate with EHS to meet regulatory requirements (OSHA, NFPA, DNR, EPA, Amphenol sustainability).
Work with Quality to ensure AS9100 compliance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
