Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and communication on weekend shifts.
• Experience reading and interpreting work instructions, schedules, routings, and quality requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend machining and assembly teams to execute the approved production schedule safely and efficiently.
• Coach operators on standard work, quality, and safety to improve accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure staffing, materials, tooling, and work orders are ready before each shift start.
• Monitor shift performance, including schedule attainment, output, and quality metrics.
• Escalate bottlenecks or safety/quality concerns affecting cost, delivery or safety.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production misses and downtime events.
• Prepare clear shift handoff notes for weekday leadership.
