• Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises plan of care with the care team.
• Provides therapeutic treatments to patients.
• Conducts supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes.
• Plans for patient discharge.
