Responsibilities
- Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with healthcare team.
- Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluates equipment needs.
- Participates in clinical conferences and training programs.
- Conducts supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants.
- Consults with families and agency personnel as needed.
- Prepares clinical progress notes.
- Ensures patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Evaluates outcomes of care.
- Plans for discharge.
