Job summary

PARADIGM REHAB & HEALTH CARE LLC is looking for a Physical Therapist PRN to provide direct care to homebound patients. The role involves developing care plans, conducting treatment evaluations, and supervising therapy assistants.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a current Texas PT License.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Auto Insurance is required.
• Current CPR Certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physician.
• Provides therapeutic treatments and equipment evaluations.
• Conducts on-site supervisory visits of therapy assistants.
