Flagship Therapy's The Springs at La Jolla in La Jolla, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist with weekend availability to join an in-house rehab program serving geriatric patients.

Starting pay is $55/hour, based on experience, with a flexible PRN schedule designed for work-life balance. Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and delivering rehabilitative treatments, documentation, and discharge summaries following regulatory and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• New grads welcome; open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities).
• Provide counseling to patients and families; generate discharge summaries adhering to regulations.
