ExcelaCare Hospice in Levelland, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse PRN for weekend on-call coverage to provide hospice care in patients’ homes, facilities, and other settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the Plan of Care, educating families, and documenting patient status. This role requires strong clinical nursing skills, compassion, and ability to work weekends

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current valid RN license (state).
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospice nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer hospice nursing care to patients in homes or facilities according to physician orders.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and the family.
• Develop and implement the written Plan of Care and monitor patient response.
• Document patient status accurately and timely per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotation and be available for weekend coverage.
