Agape Hospice Care is seeking a passionate Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN PRN) to join our mission-driven team. This position covers Saturdays/Sundays 8a-5p with occasional weekday PRN in Clarke County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include administering skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting families through the care process. GA RN license, CPR, and home-health experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN/BSN).
• Current RN license in GA and CPR certification.
