Job summary

Signature Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Muncie, Indiana. This PRN position supports rehabilitation across Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and outpatient services, working closely with clinical staff to optimize patient recovery and return to daily activities.

Candidates must have an accredited COTA program degree (Associate’s) and a valid COTA license in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program; associates degree required.
• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure residents/patients make a full recovery and return to activities.
• Provide PRN services on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays as scheduling allows.
