Signature Rehab is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Muncie, Indiana. You will deliver OT services to residents across our campus, working within an integrated care model and interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in OT, current NBCOT certification or eligibility, and an active OT license in the state. Weekend availability is required to meet patient needs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with BS in OT.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible.
• Valid OT license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in need of rehab.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and adjust therapy plans.
• Support timely recovery and return to daily activities and meaningful life tasks.
