Universal Health Services is seeking a Weekend PRN Clinician/Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services on weekends. You will perform psychosocial assessments, develop and update treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapies, and participate in crisis interventions. This role requires state licensure and CPR/CPI or HWC training.

The position is PRN with weekend availability, offering flexible hours and opportunities to cover holidays or staffing shortages as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related behavioral health field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility with family/group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
• State licensure: LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LMFT/LMFT-A or other approved behavioral health licensure.
• CPR and CPI or HWC training required prior to start; competency exam may be required.
• May require flexible hours and overtime.

Aufgaben

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as indicated.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare as needed.
• Complete crisis assessments and intervene during behavioral health emergencies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and progress notes.
