Job summary

Forma-Fab Metals is seeking a Weekend Shift Press Brake Operator to form metal parts in accordance with blueprints and specifications. The role involves setup, alignment, and operation of press brake equipment, with data entry in ERP/Global and completion of job sheets.

Candidates should be able to read blueprints and measurement tools, with at least 1 year of press brake experience. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints.
• Read calipers, protractors, tape measure, gauge, level and square.
• Minimum 1 year of press brake experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Leadership is a strong plus.
• A basic fundamentals test will be administered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specs, sketches, work orders to plan forming operations.
• Set up and adjust equipment.
• Perform forming of metal objects per specifications using tools.
• Maintain ERP/Global data and complete paperwork/job sheets.
• Maintain attendance and work overtime as needed.
