Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a Brake Press Operator to plan, lay out, and perform sheet metal operations for a wide range of precision parts. This weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 am–6:00 pm) requires reading blueprints, operating machines, adhering to safety and ISO requirements, and coordinating with production teams to ensure high-quality output.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of brake press setup experience, as well as basic shop math

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years brake press setup experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend, follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up sheet metal machines to bend, cut or form parts.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Enter production data into ERP and record hours worked.
• Adhere to safety policies and ISO/medical device requirements.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
