Job summary

Tiny Boxwoods Productions in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our Steward team for Tiny’s Milk & Cookies. This part-time weekend morning role runs Friday through Sunday, 05:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., in a fast-paced kitchen to prepare food to the Chef's specifications.

You will support station setup, maintain cleanliness, handle deliveries, and help with FIFO rotation. Texas Food Handlers certificate and Sanitation Certification are required; teamwork and flexibility are

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen prep or steward roles is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and early mornings.
• Capable of standing for long periods and handling hot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to chef specifications and set up stations in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and kitchen surfaces.
• Receive and stock deliveries.
• Re-fill tea, lemonade, and cold brew daily as needed.
