Tiny Boxwoods Productions is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our Tiny’s Milk & Cookies team. This part-time weekend morning role runs Friday to Sunday from 5:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a Steward, you will prepare food to our Executive Chef's specifications, set up stations, and help maintain cleanliness and organization. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Texas Food Handlers certificate
• Sanitation Certification
• Excellent guest service skills
• Good memory
• Flexible availability in scheduling
• Capacity to multitask
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Baking chocolate chip cookies
• Other prep work as needed/assigned
• Maintaining cleanliness of storage area(s) and kitchen
• Receiving and stocking deliveries
• Re-fill tea, lemonade and cold brew daily
• Maintaining all perishable goods according to FIFO
• Washing all pans and trays
• Organizing all containers/items to be returned to the Bakery
• Outside grounds keeping as needed
• Trash removal from both in and out of the store throughout shift
• Performs other duties as assigned
