PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Weekend Powder Room Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on operating and monitoring mixing and blending equipment while upholding quality and safety standards.

The weekend schedule runs on 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday) with initial weekday training. The position offers hands-on work in a growing production environment, with opportunities to learn specialized processes and a structured safety program including PPE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Pay: $24.00/hour Schedule: Weekend Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Friday-Sunday Training: Initial training will take place on weekdays before transitioning to the weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mixing and blending equipment
• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout the production process
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and production materials
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support continuous improvement and efficient production operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Experience operating mixing or processing equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, masks, and other protective equipment as needed
