PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Weekend Powder Room Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on operating and monitoring mixing and blending equipment while upholding quality and safety standards.

The weekend schedule runs on 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday) with initial weekday training. The position offers hands-on work in a growing production environment, with opportunities to learn specialized processes and a structured safety program including PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating mixing or processing equipment is a plus.
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mixing and blending equipment.
• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout production.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and materials.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient operations.
