Sandvik, a leading precision tool manufacturer, is seeking a Post Grinding Operator for the Reynoldsville, PA facility. The role supports second shift with weekend hours, focusing on operating and maintaining grinding and cleaning equipment to meet quality specs.

The ideal candidate will read instructions, interpret drawings, and troubleshoot equipment while contributing to safety and continuous improvement within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, routings, and drawings.
• Experience operating industrial grinding equipment and related tooling.
• Demonstrated attention to quality, safety, and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate departmental grinding equipment to meet specs.
• Load/unload fixturing, adjust for optimal machine operation.
• Monitor gauges, readouts, and sounds to identify issues.
• Inspect parts per requirements and document results.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep the area clean.
• Assist with training of other operators when needed.
