Responsibilities

• Set up and operate departmental grinding equipment to meet specs.
• Load/unload fixturing, adjust for optimal machine operation.
• Monitor gauges, readouts, and sounds to identify issues.
• Inspect parts per requirements and document results.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep the area clean.
• Assist with training of other operators when needed.

Our team is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while providing a clean, well-organized, and team-oriented work environment.We are currently seeking a Post Grinding Operator to support our manufacturing operations on second shift.Position OverviewThe Post Grinding Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining departmental grinding and cleaning equipment to meet production requirements and quality specifications.
