Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing or mechanical roles.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience with CNC-controlled equipment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Select and prioritize jobs using Shop Floor Control System.
• Set up and operate grinding equipment per work instructions and blueprints.
• Develop and modify basic CNC programs for production needs.
• Adjust machine parameters and perform calibrations.
• Verify process capability using SPC and other methods.
• Use Roll-ER and PER systems to ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform visual inspections to verify quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance to meet efficiency targets.
• Assist in developing the skills of fellow team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration within department and organization.
