Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology with 2+ years of lab experience in moderate/high complexity testing.
• Equivalent education and training with 2+ years of lab experience in high complexity testing.
• Strong instructor-led and virtual training experience; HIPAA/GDP/GMP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training via in-person, virtual, hands-on, and other modalities.
• Adapts facilitation style to learner needs and group size.
• Administers exams and competency observations; maintains records.
• Maintains current SOPs and training materials; edits as needed.
• Mentors entry-level trainers and leads team projects.
• Ensures on-shift training and supports education across labs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional trainers and supports engagement initiatives.
