Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field; or GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience related to the essential duties.
• 1+ years of clinical laboratory experience with HIPAA, GLP, GDP knowledge.
• Strong instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training capabilities.
• Excellent computer skills: internet, virtual meeting tools, email, word processing, data/records management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training through in-person, virtual, Hands-on, and other modalities.
• Adapts training style to meet learner needs.
• Facilitates small or large group learning sessions.
• Administers exams and competency observations.
• Maintains and edits training and competency materials.
• Keeps up-to-date with SOP changes and lab processes.
• Keeps accurate training and competency records.
• Collaborates with other trainers cross-functionally.
• Motivates learners and provides coaching.
• Supports and adheres to Quality Management System policies.
