Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment using communication skills and teamwork.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
• Ensures evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and according to the Standard of Practice.
• Maintains accurate documentation and timely completion of evaluations, progress notes and discharge notes.
• Maintains patient records in a systematic order and ensures legibility of documentation.
• Adjusts schedules to meet patient and department needs and participates in process improvement.
