Job summary

The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our facility on a PRN weekend schedule. Primary need is weekend staffing, but all candidate availability will be considered.

The PT will assess referred patients, establish and administer treatment programs, document progress, and educate patients and families in rehabilitation methods under the Physician's direction.

Experience with long-term care and geriatric rehabilitation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with graduation from an accredited program.
• Must maintain valid state professional license and registration.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and establish rehab goals.
• Develop and administer treatment plans under physician direction.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
