Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and design individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Under supervision, you will supervise patients and rehabilitation technicians, with general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with the State Practice Act.

Required are a current PT license, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year experience in rehab PT.

Qualifications

• Current license of Physical Therapy in the applicable state of practice or registry eligible.
• BLS certification.
• Six months to one year experience in Rehabilitation Physical Therapy preferred for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants per State Practice Act.

Education

Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
