Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and according to departmental policies, you will supervise rehab staff and coordinate care in a patient-centered environment.

Required: current State license in Physical Therapy and BLS certification; six months to one year of rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required and current before independent patient care.
• Six months to one year rehab experience preferred for adult/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehab technicians.
• Oversee PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
