Volare Health is seeking a Weekend Physical Therapist to cover three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This part-time role offers Saturdays and Sundays with flexible hours and potential PRN shifts, ideal for clinicians who value autonomy and variety in evaluations and patient care.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Registered Physical Therapist license in Oregon per state Board.
• Strong communication and collaboration with patients and teams.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurate and timely documentation and billing.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and screenings across facilities.
