Job summary

Volare Health, LLC seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Eugene, Oregon for flexible 3, 6, 9, or 12 month assignments. Starting pay ranges from $47 to $54 per hour, with competitive benefits and opportunities to extend or move into permanent roles.

You will assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises, educate residents and families, and work with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring accurate documentation and billing in

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management interventions.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident progress and independence.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
