Job summary

Volare Health is seeking a Weekend Occupational Therapist to support three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This part-time role offers Saturdays and Sundays with flexible hours and opportunities to pick up additional PRN shifts.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely documentation and billing while maintaining strong clinical judgment and patient focus.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations across assigned facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing.
• Support patient progress with clinical judgment and problem-solving.
