Job summary

Volare Health, LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Weekend Physical Therapist to support three skilled nursing facilities. This part-time weekend role offers autonomy, variety, and meaningful patient care.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, with flexible Saturday and Sunday shifts and optional PRN pickups. Documentation and billing are expected.

Strong state PT licensure and solid communication are required; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist per state Board requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or similar settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing
• Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving
