The Phlebotomist will perform venipuncture, capillary draws, urine collection, and specimen culture collection under clinical supervision. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of accredited phlebotomy/medical assistant program with clinicals or phlebotomy experience.
• Certification from nationally recognized agencies (NHA CPT, ASCP PBT, AMT RPT, NCPT, ACA CPT).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, urine collection and specimen culture collection as required.
• Follow proper labeling, documentation and safety procedures in the laboratory.
