Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Phlebotomist for a night shift, full-time role. You will perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and urine collection while ensuring patient comfort and safety in a busy inpatient environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completed an accredited phlebotomy program with clinicals, and holds a nationally recognized certification (CPT, PBT, RPT, NCPT, or ACA). Experience in inpatient settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy/medical assistant program with clinicals or previous phlebotomy experience.
• Certification from nationally recognized agencies (NHA CPT, ASCP PBT, AMT RPT, NCCT NCPT, ACA CPT) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Collect urine samples and follow specimen collection instructions.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures in a night-shift clinical setting.
