Professional Home Care Services, Inc. (PHCS) is a licensed home health agency serving the Milwaukee area for nearly 35 years.

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our family-oriented team for weekend shifts on the Northside of Milwaukee. This part-time weekend role provides meaningful, one-on-one care and a chance to earn extra income through evening visits with clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) or similar role is required.
• Previous experience in a home health care setting.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client homes in Metro Milwaukee.
• Must be reliable, on-time, and able to keep a consistent schedule.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with evening routines to ensure a safe, comfortable transition to bed.
• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing.
• Assist with basic mobility, ambulation and transfers.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep a clean and safe home.
• Report observations to the RN Case Manager and document care in EVV.
