Professional Home Care Services, Inc. Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our family‑oriented team on Milwaukee’s Southside.

The role provides essential in‑home care to clients across the Metro area, with a part‑time schedule and potential for more hours by taking on additional clients. Responsibilities include bathing, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, EVV documentation, and reporting changes to the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) or similar role.
• Able to speak Spanish.
• Previous experience in a home health care setting.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client homes in Metro Milwaukee.
• Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be open to taking direction.
• Must be reliable, on-time, and able to keep a consistent schedule.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist clients with basic mobility, ambulation, and safe, standard transfers.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to the client’s dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment.
• Report all observations and any changes in a client’s condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Accurately document all care and observations from your visit using our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
