Job summary

Golden Care of Northeast PA is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for full-time weekend home health care in Pennsylvania. You will care for individuals under supervision of a nurse or doctor, delivering professional nursing care and coordinating with families and physicians.

The role requires an active PA nursing license, a nursing school degree, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Reports to the Director of Nursing; driving to patient homes is expected.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one year of professional nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess patient physical and emotional status and home environment.
• Provide information on patient rights and care plans; communicate with physicians.
• Perform nursing procedures including administering medications and IV solutions.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and ensure quality care.
