Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision of RN or doctor.
• Strong communication, observation, and supervision skills.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess patient status, home safety, and family support.
• Provide information on patient rights and procedures.
• Evaluate patient status and communicate with physicians and management.
• Administer medications and IV solutions as ordered.
• Supervise Home Health Aides as needed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient records and reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
