Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess patient physical and emotional status and home environment.
• Provide information on patient rights and reimbursement procedures.
• Evaluate patient status and communicate with physicians and management.
• Administer medications and intravenous solutions as ordered.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and assist with activities of daily living.
