Golden Care of Northeast PA is seeking a reliable LPN or RN to provide home health nursing care under supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. The role involves assessing patients, administering medications, and coordinating care with family members in a home setting.

The ideal candidate will have an active Pennsylvania nursing license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one year of professional nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess patient's physical and emotional status, home environment, safety factors, and family support.
• Evaluate patient status, review and implement care plans, and communicate with attending physicians and clinical management.
• Supervise Home Health Aides as needed.
• Maintain patient clinical records and reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Perform nursing procedures and techniques as ordered by the physician, including administering medications and intravenous solutions.
