Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and verify orders with dietary needs.
• Assemble and deliver meals; retrieve trays on schedule.
• Collaborate with nursing and culinary teams for substitutions due to allergies or preferences.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and facility sanitation procedures.
• Document activities and communicate issues to the team promptly.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on special diets as needed.
