Responsibilities

• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays at scheduled times.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines in handling food and cleaning work stations.
