Qualifications

• Provide advanced patient care under RN direction, including ADLs and monitoring.
• Demonstrate core PCT competencies such as vital signs and EKGs.
• Assist with unit operations and patient transport while following protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient care under RN direction, including ADLs and monitoring.
• Perform core PCT tasks: vital signs, telemetry, specimen collection, EKGs, dressing changes.
• Assist with patient transport, meal delivery, and responding to call lights.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Monitor patient status and report equipment or condition changes promptly.
• Document care and complete clerical duties as needed.
• Support quality initiatives and teamwork within the unit.
