Job summary

Neuroscience Group in Wisconsin is seeking two Patient Access Representatives to join our team and provide weekend coverage. You will be one of the first people patients meet, helping create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring accurate registration.

We offer a weekend schedule with Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on an alternating basis. Two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred for this patient-facing healthcare role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or clinic setting experience with patient registration or computerized scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Complete patient check-in and registration accurately and efficiently.
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage as needed.
• Collect patient payments and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to routine patient questions and help direct patients throughout their visit.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities for the clinic.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative team members to keep the patient experience running smoothly.
