BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in South Carolina.

This weekend position serves adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis, with full‑time, part‑time or per diem hours in Lancaster, York, and Chester counties. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality care at home, performing head‑to‑toe assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and post‑acute care, while using point‑of‑care documentation and

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of South Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Perform head‑to‑toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessment and care with accurate charting.
