Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in North Carolina. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes across Catawba and Iredell counties.

Applicants should have an active North Carolina RN license and at least one year of relevant clinical experience. You will work independently with clinical support as needed and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 1 year of adult/geriatric care in acute or home health settings.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
• Comfort with home visit care and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments in the patient's home.
• Identify changes in patient condition and triage urgent needs.
• Reconcile medications and provide patient teaching.
• Document wound care and outcomes accurately.
