Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in North Carolina. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients' homes across Catawba and Iredell counties, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support independence at home.

The role emphasizes head-to-toe assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and paid training.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute or home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Manage acute and post-acute care in the home (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home independently.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
