Job summary

Apscareerportal is seeking a part-time dining associate to serve meals to residents, assist with plating, and maintain sanitary dining and kitchen areas. You will ensure quality food service for residents, staff and guests while supporting dietary needs and safety standards.

Requires reading and speaking fluent English, basic math for simple calculations, and reliable attendance. Weekend shifts with premium wages and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of special diets and how to serve and puree food and meals in accordance with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Demonstrates good time management skills, to ensure timely and efficient completion of duties.
• Able to do simple calculations.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Part time 7am to 7:30pm Saturdays and Sundays and E/O holiday Premium Wages

Responsible for serving of meals to the residents in the dining room; assisting residents as needed with preparation of their plates; maintaining sanitary conditions in the dining room, serving kitchen and kitchen areas. Assures quality food service for our residents, staff and guests.
