Job summary

Sephora Avon is seeking a Pack Shift Coordinator to support Fri-Sun Days at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center. You will coordinate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safety and accuracy in warehouse operations, while partnering with associates across shifts.

You will use in-house systems to track activities, balance inventory, and communicate goals. The role requires strong teamwork, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards.
• Assign tasks to associates and monitor progress.
• Operate and maintain WMS systems and balance inventory.
• Communicate daily work goals and coordinate with shifts.
• Provide feedback and training to associates.
