Job summary

Superior Hospice in Richfield, MN is seeking experienced RNs to provide one-on-one hospice visits in the Twin Cities metro, delivering symptom management and comfort-focused care in private homes and community settings.

This role features premium weekend scheduling and earning potential, with compensation offered at $54.09-$78.13/hour for active visits plus an on-call stipend, mileage reimbursement, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, supported by an experienced hospice leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Experience in hospice, ICU, ER, oncology, med-surg, home health, or palliative care is valued.
• Ability to work independently with strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening hospice nursing visits throughout the Twin Cities Metro.
• Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, administer medications and comfort-focused care.
• Educate and support patients, caregivers, and family members.
• Deliver care in homes, assisted living, memory care, and SNFs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the hospice team; document in EMR promptly.
