Job summary

A compassionate healthcare provider is looking for an On-Call RN to deliver hospice care in the Greater Twin Cities Metro area. Candidates will provide hands-on care, support families during critical times, and must possess an active MN RN license. This role offers a flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule and competitive compensation of $90K–$130K per year plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with travel across a wide metro area.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotations, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient needs during evenings and weekends.
• Deliver hands-on hospice care and medication administration.
• Guide families through symptom changes and end-of-life concerns.
